I would strongly recommend against staying at this establishment unless you are a big fan of cockroaches in your room, mouse droppings in your bed, and your feet to be black with dirt from the floors. The location of hotel is good, but unfortunately the beach in front was pretty much completely blocked off for some sort of construction (looked like maybe drainage pipe work?). This wouldn’t have necessarily been an issue if the hotel would have prepared and communicated with us about the closure but alas, had to find out the hard way paying extra for a suite with a view of bulldozers and giant pipes (operating 24/7, not the type of white noise we were hoping for with our infant). The restaurant attached was decent so there’s that going for them.

I was concerned staying at this property because of previous reviews on travel sites, but the price was too hard to pass up and I am happy I stayed! I traveled with my mom, aunt and 2 young cousins- 5 and 6 and the resort was perfect for their ages. The water park is at the hotel next door but its less than a 5 minute walk. The water park was clean not too crowded and the kids loved it. Perfect for their ages and we spent one full day there with them. The breakfast restaurant is also at the hotel next door but again, very short walk and a good price for the Breakfast buffet. On Fridays they have have Bluey buffet for the kids. The restaurant in this hotel is newly renovated and had great food. Its got more of an upscale feel. While the rooms are not exactly like the pictures, you can tell

I was there for a business conference. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Hotel is a little dated but, clean. There is an area to purchase snacks and toiletries. An ATM on site, a Nail Salon on site, Large arcade and laundry room. Our room was clean and the A/C worked great, just make sure, you keep the door to the balcony closed, while using it. Our bathroom was clean, It passed my Clorox wipes test! All the rooms have two queen size beds( mattress could be a little softer) My daughter and grandchildren had no complaints! My bones are older! LOL! Lots of activities for the whole family and full access to the beach and Ocean was a plus! Service, food and drinks at their Salt & Lime restaurant was great and plentiful! Wait staff was friendly and very accommodating! What I like was,

Positive: The view and location Negative: The room. The bed was terrible, our phone didn’t work in room, blow dryer didn’t work and had blood or something on it.

Booked by accident still don't know how but it was a mistake either way after I noticed I decided why not take a mini stayca somewhere different as I usually stay at the Compass Cove or Dunes village. I was very disappointed by the room it was clean but definitely extremely outdated and small especially for the price I have stayed in roadside motels off the highway that were nicer than this room. The amenities were okay I liked the glow in the dark mini golf and the restauranta were really good. The service at the restaurants, arcade and front desk as well as housekeeping servers were great. I was also disappointed that the supposed water park didn't have big water slides and although the lazy river is pretty big compared to other resorts it was just okay and was in awkward spot on side st
