North Shore Campground

1* due to this campground not being kid friendly. Camp host Gene doesn't allow kids to play in the area. He told us that people come camping to enjoy the peace and quiet, not listen to kids play. I figured we were doing the other campers a favor due to most of their kids being at our campsite because we had all the toys and games. Asked for a refund for paid nights we didn't get to use due to us not being welcome there anymore, he refused. Quiet hours were strictly maintained on our part. 5* lake, 4* campground with clean bathrooms and spacious sites. Potable water is easily accessed.

Very nice campsite and very clean. But good luck getting a spot it's crowded all season long with only 11 designated sites.

Camp host is grumpy and doesn't like the sound of children playing during the day. Not a place to go if you have kids. Other than that it was fine.

Very clean lovely place to stay. Place was completely full tho. We got a beautiful place for two families down by the lake. The only way we got it tho is we found out from a friend that was already there. They held the campsite for us until we got there. The camp host is a very friendly sweet lady.

This place was amazing! There were bathrooms, a hose connector for washing dishes and stuff like that. It was beautiful and the camp site is right by the lake which was very nice. The day use area/beach is only 5 minutes away, so no need for long drives. Definitely recommend.
