Knob Hill Inn Sun Valley

We. just returned from our fifth trip to Ketchum/Sun Valley area, and once again, the Knob Hill Inn was our perfect retreat. From the charming chalet-style exterior to the warm, inviting lobby, this place feels like a home away from home. The location of the Knob is ideal for walking into town-so convenient! The on-site Grill Restaurant serves delicious dinners, and the continental breakfast is a great start to the day. The Knob is pet-friendly. Our dog was welcomed with treats and adorable little bowls. The rooms are spacious ,immaculately clean, with great views. Noise is not a problem, quiet and Peaceful. The team is exceptional, friendly, attentive and truly dedicated to making your stay special.|We look forward to our spring visit!!

From my first research of hotels for my Sun Valley ski trip, Knob Hill stood out. First, they were always responsive. The manager even invited me to call and talk. I saw a few negative reviews and he honestly addressed them The facility seems fully renovated and is nearly four-star level. The price is competitive with other hotels slightly closer to the ski area. They offer on-demand free shuttle service to anywhere in the area. I used that a lot. I will happily return!

This inn is charming and the short walk to town is lovely. Very, very convenient to skiing. The beautiful breakfast is included in your stay, but gosh dang, across a 5 day stay, I didn’t see ANYONE besides my husband and I leaving a tip on the table. Wow. If you can afford a $400-$500 a night room and lift tickets at $225 per day, you can leave a $5 or $10 on the table. Sheesh. (And your room)

Ski trip to Sun Valley for 3 days. Been to Ketchum many times, but found Knob Hill In a great choice to stay. Lovely room, great bedding. Hot tub on site perfect for after ski. We almost tried a 'ski in/out' spot, but that is actually a fair walk--we chose Knob Hill because they drive you as close as can get to the lift and pick you up-NO walking home is great. And they take care of your skis and boots!

The staff and accommodations are excellent! The complimentary breakfast is a wonderful touch and provides great options for the guests. The rooms are clean and cozy. Little touches like fresh water and snacks in the hallway are appreciated. Housekeeping does a great job also! Overall, Knob Hill Inn is a wonderful hotel that we will visit again next time we are in Ketchum.
