North Conway Grand Hotel

We will definately be back!! Super kid friendly! Had movie room for them to watch movies! Sauna, and outdoor/ indoor heated pools, gym and the lounge area was comfy and warm!! I love love the pillows and mattress!! Good size rooms! Love that Settler's Green is easy to walk to!

We had an amazing time at the North Conway Grand. The location right by the shops and restaurants is ideal. We were able to add an early check in option for $25 and that gave us a whole extra day of pool time. There was so much that made It fun and special for my young children (ages 5 and turned 3 during our stay). Cocoa and cookies in the lobby, festive decor, animal decor, the movie theater showing two movies a night, the arcade, pools, etc. The outdoor heated pool was awesome this time of year. We tried the restaurant for the breakfast buffet and then dessert for my son's birthday in the evening and both were wonderful. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. Positive: The staff, especially at the restaurant, is friendly and helpful. We stay here at least once a year and our children love the hotel. The location is perfect. Negative: Our bathroom was not cleaned when we showed up and part of the bed was sticky. Staff cleaned up once informed. The water/condensation of the AC was really heavy. A whole bag of clothes we stored on the floor near the window got soaked.

Our room could have been cleaned better. The remote didn’t work for the TV so maintenance had to find us a new one. Great location and amenities. There should really be an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Great hotel for families but many people don’t pay attention to the quiet hours at 10:00 PM. People were loud, slamming doors, running up and down the hallway, neighbors next door were stomping or jumping at 4:00AM. Quiet hours are only posted in the hallways, the need to be told to every guest at check in. The WiFi was so slow when it did work and didn’t work a lot of the time

By far the cleanest Hotel I've seen. This place had a lot of thought into its design and layout. A Spa on lower level, Indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, movie room, bar, restaurant, breakfast, 10 meters from shopping, arcade games. The ID plans on this during design took a lot of time and thought. Great job here. Our room had complimentary bottle water, robes for everyone including kids and slippers. I can't explain how clean it was.. the staff were great as well. Breakfast was a buffet, make your own waffles was a nice touch. We have stayed in a lot of places in NC... this place deserves a 5 star rating.
