Positive: It is very close to the freeway Negative: Ai lied to me. This motel is NOT the motel you go to as a single elderly adult. Its price is low, but it should be. Major red flags everywhere, no chain on door, smoke smell in everything. It was basically 'bearable' ....

A friend suggested this as a last-minute, affordable place to stay. They had never stayed there. They just researched it.||Check In: Friendly and quick. The room had what looked like new carpet. Big screen TV. Small refrigerator. Microwave. Two beds. A table. Comfortable room. I worked a lot from it.||The bathroom was clean, had really good shower pressure and hot water. ||One Issue: I am short yet I still had to bow my head to wash it in the shower. If you're over 5'5" or very tall, it would have been a big annoyance for you. Not sure if all the rooms are like that though.||Surrounding the motel is a busy gas station and a road by it that people peel out and drive fast. One night there was a late night extended period of time that some goofballs getting gas played loud bass.||There is a

The most honest review: Google search is wrong. It says rooms are $50 😳 No. A single guy gets a King bedroom. $65+tax. Having said that, the rooms are very nice and the staff... Well, my pics show they are foreign. They also show them playing badminton and teaching their child to ride a bike (she told me it was her first time riding the bike). Very sweet family with their children's footprints in our rock. To me, it doesn't get much more American than that 🇺🇲

This is not a luxury hotel, and one should not expect that based on the price. However, my room, while basic, was very clean and well-stocked. And the staff was kind and helpful. Plus, there's a sidewalk along the walk to Applebee's.

The owners of this motel were friendly and accommodating. We were in town for an organized bicycle ride and the owner allowed us to keep the bicycles in the room, since there was rain forecast for overnight (we were careful and didn’t set the bicycles against the wall). Ours was a clean room in a quiet location, due to being off of busier 1st Ave/St. Overall, the room is affordable and this place is highly recommended.
