Comfort Inn & Suites near Bethel College

Breakfast served from 6-9am, however when I went down for breakfast at 8am there was not hot food available, attendant was in the "kitchen area" chatting with another employee. No more items were placed in the warmers by attendant who then went to chat more with newly arriving staff at 830am. Purposely stayed here due to the hot breakfast experienced at other Comfort Inn locations. Very disappointed in this hotel and services provided here. Went to get receipt for stay and employee was very gruff like we were interrupting his day.

Two of my light fixtures in the room did not work. I informed the front desk and was told that they would fix it. When I came back to my room later that evening, it still did not work. Other than that, my stay was enjoyable. The location is convenient with walking distance to places to eat. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The free breakfast had great options and the free parking is a bonus.

The room was very unclean. Very gross. Mold growing on the bathroom sink. Hair in the shower. Holes in the walls/door frames. Room not vacuumed. Brown stains in various areas. Bed sheets were stained as well. Would not recommend.

The air conditioning works well. Good breakfast. Everything else is the pits. No ice machine. Mold in bathrooms. TV hard to operate. Old and outdated. Musty smell in the room that smells like a wet dog. Staff not very friendly. No maid service on weekends

Stayed there while in town for a work event. The customer service was great. Our room was clean. Our door swing hinge door lock was broken. The hallways had some smells however our room was not Affected by any smells at all. The air conditioning worked wonderfully the beds were comfortable. We did not experience some of the other issues other people have said.
