Amazing location. Phenomenal response time to any issues and an overall excellent experience. Heather and Tim made sure that any concerns we had were dealt with immediately... even on Thanksgiving Day. The home is palatial and accommodating. It can use a few upgrades here and there but that's to be expected. We had a group of ten ranging in age from 23-83 and everyone had a wonderful time!

RENTERS BEWARE of NEW RIVER HAVEN House , 1400 SW 15th Ave, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. This seemingly luxurious house is only suited to you IF the following won’t ruin your expensive vacation: A Property Manager who does not keep up the house - and does not respond in any timely manner to questions or concerns - especially on a Holiday or weekend. 1) That means outside lights being burnt out, ice maker not working, listed kitchen equipment missing, one set of washer and dryer not working, no iron or ironing board, and not even a pan for the oven. 2) However, that is small in comparison to the hot tub not working the entire time, nor the “heated” pool being constantly much colder than the contractually agreed temperature. 3) Only one set of doors, from the living room, to the outside can be
