Nature's Resort Campground

We were pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed good food at the marina while listening to a good singer. There was also some fun karaoke going on inside. It looks like they are working on some repairs but we like the direction it is heading and will return.

Now it is WAY overpriced and no internet although they advertise free internet. Store employee is sweet but lady who makes reservations not so much. The first few years we went for holiday weekends they had bbq's and activities but past few years just a tiny pool. And they don't take Good Sam on holiday weekends. I can go to Disney for their less.

Great place to Live year round or visit! Lots if new amenities and people! Under new management! You can find the perfect spot for your camper or purchase a mini home that you can visit any time of the year. The boat ramp pools, activities and friendly people make this a home away from home. give the office a call they will be happy to help you with any information you need.

So we were just passing through and wanted a place to launch our canoe to paddle over to Homosassa and see the manatees (that worked BTW about 1.5 miles, for a $10 launch fee). But the weekday cabin rate of $99 that was all in $130 with taxes and fees was a real find. Right on the river, only nature across the way, and very cute little cabin (basically a single wide). The property itself was huge with a combination of full time residents and RV campers - daily, seasonal, and permanent. Club house, pool, restaurant open weekends, and even some pickleball courts. You can tell it is a part mobile home park on the inexpensive end. Fantastic find though at a great value. I consider going back for a week or a month.

We brought our grandsons to experience a great time fishing, camping, swimming, smores, etc. I would HIGHLY tell you DO NOT COME HERE! First night was a nightmare with Ed the security yelling at us getting in my face because we had a cooking fire! Second night same stuff! He has harassed us since we got here! My youngest grandson was so scared to even sleep! We won't be back here again! No fishing, no fun activities they say they have! Ladies in office are very sweet! Store does not have necessities they claim they have!
