Napili Village Hotel

This place is amazing. I saw a few reviews on poor customer service a while ago, but they must be gone because the three women we had the pleasure of meeting while we stayed were the NICEST people ever. So welcoming, very helpful, and more. The room itself is perfect. There is plenty of room, great appliances, dishes, etc. we didn’t even request an ocean view but we got one! It is also a 2 minute walk to the beach, has a great pool, and great bbq grills. The property is maintained beautifully as well. For the price, you can’t beat it. The places on either side down the street are easily $100+ more, and they don’t even have direct access to the beach. Loved staying here on our vacation to Maui! We were in a tight spot after the original hotel we booked could not find our reservation and we had to make last minute bookings around the island. Stayed here twice and check in was simple. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Not to mention the prices are fantastic! Second floor views of the ocean were priceless getting to watch whales from the balcony. 😍 We will definitely be back!

Stayed here in Jan 2026. My experience was great. My room was clean, the bed was comfy, the kitchen was stocked with the basics that you need. It’s not a luxurious stay but you get what you pay for and I thought Nāpili Village Hotel gives great value for your money! I was allowed a late checkout on my final day as my flight didn’t leave until nighttime which was so appreciated!

We've been to Maui several times and love the North Shore area. We booked this hotel/studio due to its location to our favorite beaches. Short walks to awesome swimming bays and turtle cove. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Ample free parking was available for our April stay. Beach chairs available in the rooms are very helpful. The rooms are outdated and need to be refreshed. The bathroom can only accommodate one person at a time; the shower is a good size. The queen bed is comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the pool. We didn't use the washer/dryer on site. Checking in and out was a breeze. We enjoyed our stay and vacation.

We have stayed here before and loved it; however, we booked a stay this year and had to cancel it. We emailed them 6 months in advance about cancellation, and then got 2 emails the week that the booking was meant to be with check in information. I emailed them back twice and called and left a voicemail letting them know we would not be attending, to which I still got no answer. I was then charged for the entire stay!!!! That sent my credit card into overdraft (so even more fees for us). I have emailed them again and left another voicemail. So now I've tried calling them a total of 7 times and emailed them 4 times and so far still no answer. I am very unhappy with this level of customer service. I will continue contacting them until I get my full refund.
