Mystic KOA Holiday

We absolutely loved our one night stay here and we are looking forward to returning in the future! We stayed in a camping cabin that sleeps 5, one of the primitive ones. Check in was super friendly! Clean, fun and thoughtful experience. The bathrooms were spotless, the amenities were fun for the kids and the Halloween tractor ride was so cool! Awesome decorations (spooky)! They set up a huge outdoor projector screen and played Halloween movies, served cider and decorated for Halloween.

Guess I was unaware of this “Henry” at the KOA, but I too had tires slit. I assumed I ran something over! I won’t be going back now that I know my money isn’t as good as this little menaces parents!

We stayed at this location for a long weekend near the end of July 2025. The staff we interacted with were kind and helpful, and our site had plenty of space. We booked this campground due to the proximity of the beach and a few other things we were doing in the area. While we appreciated the location, I cannot look past two major issues: 1. The pool and 2. the glaring mold issue in the women’s shower area. The pool water was quite cloudy and the bottom was slick enough that I nearly slipped. Let’s just say I kept my head above water and hoped for the best. We didn’t stay in the pool for long and showered right after. However - the biggest issue was the mold in the women’s shower area…specifically the bathroom building by the pavilion. There are two sides to the bathrooms, and my issue w

Stayed overnight for hook- up - water and power Lovely place. Spacious. Clean and well maintained. In fall the leaves make for amazing backdrop. Laundry at welcome center - which could be far from where you're hooked up thus Plan accordingly.
