Myrtle Beach State Park Campground

Spent 5 nights at this campground and what a fantastic area, love that the campground has direct beach access and has a laundry on site and a store in the campground as well as a store in the front of main park and fishing pier. Plenty of picnic areas and parking for the park itself and a playground for children and access to the beach for day use for families traveling through. I love the couples swings along the pathways to lookout at the beach. Paved pathways and wooden walkways also along beach to the fishing pier.the showers and bathrooms were clean and a handrail for handicap shower and restroom. Plenty of tent and RV sites with power & water. They also have full hook up sites for sewer, water and power. There is 2 dump stations in front of laundry & store area, which we us

Full hook-ups, close to the beach, and much quieter than the neighboring campgrounds. We enjoyed spending Thanksgiving week here!
