This resort applied everything we asked for. It may need a little tlc but for the price we were very s satisfied.

It was not a great experience. Check in was not welcoming at all. The room they tried to place us in initially was not clean and had a weird odor. The manager did agree to move us to a larger room without an up charge. While it was larger, it was lacking. The toilet seat was not stationary and the toilet paper holder fell apart. The air conditioning units are very loud. The housekeeping staff assigned to our room was not consistent. She did not come every day that we were there/ When I brought this up to the person at the front desk, she got a bit of an attitude. Our bed was not made every day nor did they ever wipe anything down. The only reason I gave this place one star was because the manager tried to make things right from the limited inventory of rooms still available. We

The mixed review drove me crazy before arriving! So much so that I almost cancelled. Our stay was excellent. The only reason for not 5 stars is that some common areas do need updating. Check in and check out were both amazing and smooth. Staff was ALWAYS helpful. I was on the elevator with an employee that asked how our stay was going, and received multiple texts during the visit to see how it was going and if we needed anything. Our family suite was sufficient for our needs. Housekeeping was very polite. We personally opted not to have the room serviced daily. Due to the heat we ventured out late at night and were often getting ready when they came by. They offered fresh towels and trash removal every time which was a plus. I booked the 3 Palms Hotel for a weekend stay and was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The rooms are modern and newly renovated, and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't have time to use the full size fridge or stove, but the kitchen was well stocked for anyone who wants to stay in and cook in their suite. The bathroom was very nice and clean, with a nice selection of bath and body products to use.||||The hotel has three outdoor pools and an extra large hot tub that are very vacation worthy. I loved the lazy river. There isn't a poolside bar, but there is a hotel bar and Marko's Pizza in the lobby. The strawberry daiquiri I had was fantastic. It was a disaster. Front desk don't answer the phone. You have to stay 5 days before they clean your room. The rooms was in disrepair. You have to bring your dirty laundry down to front desk before you can get more. If you want your room clean, you have to call front desk 1 day before and will be $10 more. Once you check out they don't answer you anymore if you complain. I was very disappointed 😔☹️.
