Mustang Inn & Suites

I checked in around 9:00 to 10:00. I had requested a handicap accessible room and a pet friendly hotel. They did not have me in a handicap accessible room but made the change without any issues. Front desk help was good but that's where it stopped... The room was filthy! There was dust all over the back of the TV, which did not work, and I found out that was a common thing at this location. There was also a smell in the room that was pretty bad. I ended up getting my black light flashlight out and check the sheets on the bed. All appeared clean even though the sheets were worn. The tiles in the bathroom look like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I was able to take a dent washcloth and wipe off a lot of the dirt. I ended up not even using the shower. Convenient location and friendly staff. The good ends there. They clearly don’t clean the rooms. Based on the grime, I’d say all they do is put on clean sheets and change the towels. I’m sleeping full clothed and not showering here. I booked with points thru Choice Hotels app without looking at reviews while driving to the area…my fault. Don’t make the same mistake.

DO NOT GO HERE! We were on a family trip to Florida and this hotel was our pit stop for the night. As soon as we walked into the hotel it smelled like weed. It was nasty. Right next to the hotel was a buffalo wild wings so we ate there. Then we came back and we saw hair on the beds and pillows the bed was a little messy and there was like this nasty mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. But the worst part was there were bugs. They were on the wall and me and my sisters saw a giant bug crawl past the TV! And I am being serious in this also. I had to sleep with my own pillow and I had to put my blanket on top of the covers on the bed and I slept with a towel as my blanket. Room were dated and needed clean new furniture. The pillows are tiny! Coffee bar is nice in the morning. Very basic. Maintenance guy who fixed our TV seemed put out that he had to fix it at 830 pm. I think there are better options in Paducah.
