Murski Homestead Bed and Breakfast

My wife and I just stayed at the Murski Homestead B&B for our anniversary trip to Brenham and absolutely loved it. Pamela, the owner, could not have been more hospitable. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by her and shown our room. Throughout our stay she was a pleasure to talk with. Our room had lots of room and the bed was super comfy! A great continental breakfast was provided for us in the room upon arrival. The homemade banana bread was incredible! The location was very close to town and the view on the property was amazing. I could not recommended this B&B enough. Can't wait to return!

My wife and I just stayed at the Murski Homestead B&B and LOVED it! If you are looking for a very comfortable, quiet, get away, this is your place! Pamela, the owner is wonderful, and made us feel right at home on her working ranch. ||||The rooms are spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable (she uses Comfy sheets). Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a delicious fresh baked loaf of blueberry bread and a list of local restaurants to grab something to eat (we arrived at 7pm). Such a relaxing weekend. We stayed in the Sage Room and it was perfect. The sheet were extremely soft, bed comfortable, tons of pillows. I love the reading nook in the corner, the electric fireplace, the bath and homemade complimentary liquor. I'm already bragging about this B&B, it was the first my husband had ever stayed at and we might not ever go back to hotels if he thinks they will all be like this one. They had puzzles, board games, cards, a Jacuzzi, horses, donkeys, cows and a beautiful property tons of places to just sit and enjoy the view. The owners are what sold this to us, they are so sweet, gave us recommendations and constantly asking if we needed anything and gave us some extra desserts. My husband and I spent two nights in the Rosemary Room, our first stay at a B&B. The property, was very well-kept with lovely landscaping, fountains, and views of nearby pastures with a horse and a few donkeys. As we were coming in after dark, Mrs. Murski had left us a message giving us perfect instructions on where to park and how to find the room, which was left well-lit and ready for us; she made clear she'd be available and how to find her if we had any issues during our stay (which we did not). The beverage cabinet was stocked with a Keurig and some delicious homemade breads, and the fridge was already set with OJ, fruit, and an amazing breakfast quiche for the next day. It's always such a pleasure staying at this wonderful B&B! The food is always so good and absolutely fresh. The rooms are very clean and well kept. Our cheese and sausage plate was phenomenal. The bottle of champagne was fantastic! And above all else it was a perfect escape for our anniversary.||Pamela is an absolute delight and I can't wait to see what she has in store for this amazing escape from the real world.
