Hampton Inn & Suites Brenham

Everyone at this hotel is precious and extremely accommodating. The rooms were also spotless. I wish there more stars than five so I could give them 35 stars. This hotel is an extreme case of how all hotels should be run.

Positive: I appreciated being allowed to check in early. Negative: The ice machine on the second floor was broken.

In town for a wedding and we had two rooms on the third floor across from each other. The beds were creaky in one room, thin walls, both tubs creaked when you stood in them, and a running toilet and dead ants in one room. We informed the Saturday morning staff and found nothing had changed when we arrived back late afternoon. Yolanda and Charlene (I think those are their names), the Saturday afternoon staff, were amazing and came to vacuum and try to fix the toilet, since housekeeping had left. Breakfast was decent with various hot and cold options. The Sunday staff was nice on check out. The staff is why I rated it three stars.

Stayed two nights at the Hampton in Brenham. The room was fabulous, the breakfasts were wonderful and the staff so friendly and professional. Highly recommend this hotel.

The service was nice and the location was near to our event. The only issues I had was with the room. The mattresses needed replaced, the outlets were worn out and wouldn't allow charging. The broken piece of furniture that was horribly attempted to put together with epoxy was not expected for Hampton/ Hilton.
