Mt. Hood Vacation Rentals and Cabins by Vacasa

Ideal spot for a family vacation or relaxing retreat. We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin. It’s surrounded by trees and feels very private and quiet. The best part was the creek in the backyard — we loved listening to the water and sitting outside to relax. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch, short hikes in the woods nearby, and campfire at night. It was the perfect place to slow down and enjoy nature. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway

Cozy winter escape condo We absolutely loved this condo! Location is amazing too! You’re right in government camp and like 10 min from timberline! The condo has everything you need and it was so spacious! My family and i had so much fun and would recommend this to anyone heading up to the mountain. We loved the gas fireplace as well! Overall this condo was a 10/10 and super clean as well!

Pros: absolutely beautiful home! The kitchen and hot tub were my absolute favorite part. It snowed the morning after we got there absolutely beautiful. Windows are amazing! The loft was adorable. Location is also great. Cons: couches are outdated, bed in room downstairs small and not so comfy, and the pillows. The pros definitely outweigh the cons.

Sycamore Lodge is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Mt Hood! This was our 4th stay at this home and we look forward to coming each winter. Each time it's harder to pack up and leave. We enjoyed pizza from the Zig Zag Inn just minutes away and the rest of the time we cooked our meals in the kitchen. There are plenty of places for our two families to spread out and relax in between time spent at the mountain to ski and snowboard. Everyone looks forward to playing games around the big dining room table, streaming some tv in the open loft area, enjoying the massive fire place, and outside swinging on the giant tree swing and soaking in the hot tub. Thank you for sharing this incredible home and allowing us to capture some of the best family memories each winter.

This location is in Cascade Locks: *** Bring your own iron or steamer *** The house was very nice and clean and lovely. The view from the backyard deck is amazing. All in all, we had a great time there. It was beautiful. I would only suggest if you are going for a wedding as we did that you bring something to get wrinkles out of clothes and know that there is no full length mirror for you to check your outfit. Otherwise it is a very nice home.
