If your looking for a place to live and don't care if you have roaches , a property manager who will never make have her rude and unprofessional maintenance men do their job or to fix anything no matter what the issue is, but she has an office full of ppl who will lie about everything that goes on just to kick others out out or say that the tenants not in compliance when honestly the whole complex is not even up to code and the city has been called several times by several tenants and they have been fined and still don't fix the things they know are causing these issues . I know I personally had reported and placed 10 work orders in the first few months of living there and it took them 2 yrs to even attempt to complete them which was done half ass that is. last but not least don'

I have moved in here now 2 months or 3 months . I'm not sure .I have quit having people even visit. Because people are complaining about .me having people overnight .I am not doing that. Someone knocked loudly And rudely on my door someone went and told the office I have been having multiple people here. That's not true . The person that is running to the office . Saying my dogs are peeing on the balcony .they are not .the one person is doing the complaining .well her dog barks constantly.my dogs do not .my dogs are good dogs .maintenance security are very rude. They wanted to check my apartment this morning. On October 30th . Wanted to come on my apartment to see if I had people in there which I did not .I stay to my self .they are trying to kick me out . But I corrected the problem . I

Sandra Rodriguez is the worst worker/manager this corporation could have ever hired! A dog treat people with more respect! Moving out and not dealing with her was the best decision I ever made! If you want lazy management who does not care about residents, her job, or apartment then this is the apartment and manager for you!

The upkeep is horrible. They take forever to fix anything if at all. Mold is growing around the vents up stairs and the wall beside my washer is falling apart. It leaks and we’ve been told those aren’t a necessity so they won’t fix it. I’ve had a gas leak which led to unsafe carbon monoxide levels, a ceiling fan has been very loosely hanging from the wall in my son’s room ever since we moved in. The toilet is coming off the floor and like others have said they don’t regularly spray for bugs like they’re supposed to, they let grass get up to your knees during the summer, it’s just trashy. This place is a joke. The only thing they’re worried about is rent. If you’re able to, please consider moving somewhere else. This place needs to be your last resort.
