Mountain Ranch RV Park

What a great cozy spot! We just spent a month here to explore the Smokies, and really loved it. Only 4 spots, so it was very quiet. Close to Walmart for groceries. We were here during Helene, and Tom and Tommy kept us up to date with important information about the storm and subsequent water supply issues. They are wonderful people and I will miss them as neighbors! (Also thanks Tammy for all of the fresh veggies!)

Tiny RV park that is big on value. Tim and Tammy were wonderful hosts. Great communications and very friendly. The site was clean, quiet and level with a picturesque view of the mountains. Highly recommend.

This is a great, no-frills RV park in the Smoky Mountains! It’s far enough from the touristy area to have peace and easy access to supplies, but close enough to enjoy the attractions when you want. There are no amenities, but we don’t need that stuff, it just drives the price up. Each gravel site is large, level and has full hookups. That’s all we need! We’ve stayed 3 times now, and we’ll definitely be back!

This is a quite and quaint RV Park. Small, but very cozy. The owners are amazing and very helpful. We were lucky enough to stay while they were also here. They hosted a pot luck while we stayed and loved getting to know the other families staying at the park. They have full hook up, and had no problems while we stayed. I highly recommend to anyone staying here. Very close to stores and quick access to I-40. Plus the views are amazing!!

What nice folks that run this lovely campground, Tom was very knowledgeable and kind - even suggesting what to do/see in the area. The small campground is very well kept and has everything you need! Really enjoyed the Smokies (despite the rain) in the short time we were here. What a convenient location! We’ll surely be back!
