Mountain Motel

This little place has several rooms with kitchenette, and one with a jacuzzi tub. Small motel, quiet, on east end of town. Owner/manager is very accommodating. There are several small cabins also. Each space is unique. Stay here for work and the kitchen setting is sooo nice

The beds are worth it! Comfy mattress, clean sheets, fluffy pillows, warm blankets! This place is everything you need when passing through. It’s a dark cosy cabin vibe. My ONLY complaint is that it just had a window unit and no fan. (Visiting in August.) We stayed in the cottage (#4) and it has a kitchenette, dining area, tv, little bathroom with standup shower, mini fridge, etc. and good toilet paper is a plus!! Will be returning.

Loved the room. Unfortunately we lost power at 10 pm and I couldn't use my cpap which I'm supposed to in order for Insurance to pay for it. $175 to basically sleep in a hot tent with a bed and he only gave us $20 back bc it's not his problem and we signed the paper. A little heartless in my opinion. I doubt I'll be back just bc he didn't care! All my food went bad, I was hot and we should've just stayed free in the tent!!!!! Also our view was a junkyard!!!

We stayed here about 10 years ago and it was a nice, cute, quaint little place. Now it's tired, dirty, and a huge disappointment. Our room felt dirty. The walls had residue from some sort of spray (exploding soda?), there was a hole in the wall, the lampshades were cracked and falling apart, there was mold on the shower curtain... I could go on. The views out of the entrance door or the balcony were of trash and debris-filled back lots. We won't stay here again.|

A little dated, but clean and nice. The staff were great. We made an error on the dates and they worked with us to accommodate, no hassle. Great location and we certainly would stay there again. The town was busy this last weekend of summer, but it was great. We stayed in 11. Upstairs, but not too bad.
