Motel Miya

We stayed a weekend at the motel and it was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and you can tell everything was recently renovated so all of the appliances and the AC is brand new and works wonderfully. The color scheme and decor of the room is very inviting and visually appealing. The check in/out process was contactless and very easy. For the price its a great deal, don't be afraid to book this gem

I had a very disappointing experience with this property and their management. They canceled my reservation just two hours before check-in (supposedly because of a gas leak) and redirected me to a partner location without initially honoring the rate I originally paid. I had to specifically ask them to match the price. To make matters worse, my card was charged multiple times. Although they claimed the charges were refunded, I never received the refunds and ultimately had to contact my bank to reverse the transactions. The alternative accommodation they arranged smelled strongly of must and old smoke, which made the stay even more unpleasant. Steer clear of this place.

Great, great place! I was very skeptical at first, but trust me when I say that everything was perfect. Very clean, very accommodating ( I needed extra towels and a few other helpful amenities and the staff brought them to us asap). Rooms were great and spacious, my kids loved the bunk beds, great cooling system for those crazy hot beach days. Would totally recommend and we will definitely be back!

The kids and I enjoyed our stay. Only a few blocks from the water. Clean room and good ac. We got the bigger room with full size bunk beds and we had plenty of space.

This motel had incredible wall detailing throughout—clearly designed with care and creativity. Everything from the towels and shower curtains to the bedspread was beautifully coordinated in a calming green theme. The bunk beds were perfect for our family, and the King bed was incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the two fireplaces—they added such a cozy touch. We’ll definitely be back soon. It’s now one of our favorite places to stay in Rockport!
