Motel 6 Waycross, GA

Very friendly and understanding. I have been here on a 2 day stay. I extended my stay another 6 days and the gentlemen at the counter let me stay in my current room and didn't even charge me to stay the extra 3 hours between check out time and check in or even have me move rooms! Thank u!. Room is very clean. Staff is friendly and even the coffee in the am isn't bad! I highly recommend! The room is exactly what it's like in the featured pictures.

The rooms had bugs, roaches, and flies. I didn’t take pictures because I was trying to get out of the room after just turning on the lights. After the second, room I left and requested my money back.

Positive: Half mile from my work. Negative: I was cursed, threatened, & thrown out, by a front desk attendant. I?ve never in my life been so humiliated & scared for my life. I should have pressed assault charges on him. That?s bad business for you. And I need to know who to talk to about a refund

The floor was not very clean other than that, I enjoyed my stay here and yes, I would recommend the place. I do have one of some thing to say when you turn on the water. It smells like sewer that’s such a disgusting smell. I don’t know what it is. It’s the system here in this town, but it’s not a good smell. I’m not used to that so but other than that yes it’s a nice place and I enjoyed my stay here.

Giving one star ONLY because it was inexpensive. At check-in, requested a ground floor room. Got a 2nd floor room. Again asked for ground floor room. Clerk said my room was on the second floor. Whatever. Got to the room. No Smoking sign on the door. Walked in - heavy smoke odor. There was even an ashtray on the nightstand. Returned to front desk, informed the clerk I had booked a non-smoking room. He said my room was non-smoking. I informed him about the odor and ashtray. Gave me another room, albeit still on 2nd floor. Room is just okay. Floors needed to be mopped. Tiny pillows on bed. Bathtub tiles need to be re-grouted. Sheets had old stains on them but at least were laundered. Absolute thinnest bath towels anywhere. Water pressure just so-so. Turn on the TV. Remote won't change channe
