Motel 6 Tinton Falls, NJ – Neptune

I’m sorry to say, that this was the worst experiences with a hotel stay that I have ever had. There were numerous roaches (all sizes) crawling inside the room at night. When I reported it, it was as though I wasn’t believed, despite having videos of the bugs. My son and I were bit multiple times by some sort of insect or mite inside the room… maybe even bedbugs. I also reported this to the staff. . The microwave was broken. Our room was not serviced at all during our stay. We asked twice for a replacement but it never came. I asked for a partial refund but it has not been returned. The location is a plus and the hotel water is a plus. However, considering that my son and I were bitten so many times while on that room, we will be visiting a local urgent care because the bites are swelli

We truly enjoyed our stay at this motel, my husband and I had a weekend stay here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. As guest, its important we understand that the staff are humans too and deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. Room was clean, and staff went above and beyond to help out. Asbury park was about 15 minutes away, and few good restaurants close by. I would recommend this motel.

Positive: Said it was 10 minutes from the stone pony and it turned out to 18 but it got the job done. Negative: There was no wifi like advertised and room pictures were very deceptive

I have given this location over$20,0000 In less than 3 years. Now they refuse to give me my deposit back not once but twice. I don’t like to write bad reviews but this place deserves it! No consideration for the guests, i had an emergency and had to leave before my check out time and was refused my deposit which I was uncomfortable with bc I was not returned it before and no one would give me an explanation as to why. Now that I went back to retrieve my deposit they would not give it back. I the young girl that works at the front desk said she wouldn’t give me my deposit bc I called Corporate on them! WTH you wont come Check the room while I’m still there ? Don’t expect any professionalism or your deposit back before check out . Very disappointing Now I give my money to Crystal Inn In Eato

I booked a reservation at this motel a week in advance, but when I arrived and was assigned my room, I was shocked—it was filthy. They switched me to another room, but it was just as bad, and I even found roaches. I asked for a refund, but was told it wasn’t refundable. I expressed my concerns to the front desk about how they could rent out such dirty rooms, but they insisted the rooms were fine. It felt like they didn’t understand or care about the condition. I’m not sure what’s going on at this motel, but I’d advise others to be cautious and do your research before booking. Sometimes going cheap can end up costing you more!.
