Crystal Inn Neptune

The location main street Asbury Park is very convenient. Madeline was great and even accommodated my extra family member with last minute notice. Yes it is dated but very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Than you Madeline for great hospitality!

Disgusting!!! Facility smelled of weed both in the rooms & hallways. Black mold on the curtains from the floor to about 2' up. Situated next to a gentleman's club. Sketchy neighborhood. Checked back out as soon as we could find another hotel. ||||They refused to refund my money. I made multiple calls over 5 days. If I could get an answer on the phone (which was rare) the person I needed to speak to was never there. Always told they would be in the next day.|||| In addition, in just the short time we were there, the mold made me sick, so even after changing hotels the weekend was ruined because I was having respiratory issues. ||||The only positive note was the gentleman behind the desk was very apologetic.

I was a little nervous about my stay after I read the Google reviews. Their rating on Priceline was pretty good, and I found that it was a more accurate representation of their facilities than Google. The room was clean and housekeeping made sure we had fresh towels each day. The front desk was very polite and was quick to help when we had an issue with our room keys. This hotel is obviously older, but if you are looking for a decent budget friendly stay, it has everything you need.

We planned an impromptu trip to Asbury Beach and found this place as it’s just a quick drive to the boardwalk. Maddie who works the reception desk was incredibly kind and helpful. She has worked there for 14 years so she is very knowledgeable of the area. She was very helpful and responsive to our needs. The room was clean and the pool was as well. I would recommend it as it’s affordable!

Blood and Hairs on the towels, holes in the wall and smelled like weed and smoke in the hotel. Dropped ceilings were stained and falling apart, this place is beyond old and outdated. The floors had electrical tape all over hallway. The room Front desk ladies were nice but everything looked extremely gross. For how gross it was, it shouldn’t have been expensive.
