The front desk clerk was not only friendly and informative but also had a great sense of humor. However, upon entering the room, I noticed a few things missing—there was no microwave, cups, or phone, and the deadbolt lock was absent as well. To make matters a bit more concerning, I had a feeling that my car might have been slept in. Despite these issues, the location of the hotel wasn't too bad.

The price was ideal as I wasn't expecting much. However the room I received was horrible. The bathtub hadn't been cleaned in months. The TV didn't work. My daughter and I were placed in the backside of the hotel where alot of sketchy people were. Did not feel safe. I would not suggest anyone stay here if you are a clean person. Cringe is the best word I can find. Customer service called me after I left and accused me of having my stuff and animal in the room still. I didn't travel with an animal. And I was long gone for hours. Best western was only a few bucks more and far cleaner.

This hotel was moldy and filthy. I would never stay here again. The light fixtures right above where we slept were moldy, so were the walls and ceilings in the whole room. The bathroom was also full of mold. The room was cleaned very poorly. As you can see among the dirt and mold in the shower was someone's fake nail that was left too. Absolutely horrified by the condition of this place. The only clean part of that room were the heavily bleached sheets. Also we were only given one towel one,wash cloth, one bathmats and one hand towel that is not enough for 2 guests! We were staying here for the weekend working so we were just too exhausted to even try to complain. Even if we had complained I have a feeling that all the rooms are in the same shape.

I would NEVER stay here again. CON: The room was NOT clean. The floor was sticky in places, the bathtub was dirty (near-black), the mirror over the sink was not cleaned(streaked with water and smeared with a cloth), NO hand soap and no towels. The room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. PRO: The beds were made and there was new toilet tissue in the unit. The floors may have been swept and the counters wiped down but that was all. We were too tired at that time to change rooms but we would not use the tub even for a shower. Only a bathmat was provided and two washcloths. SOMEONE MESSED UP! The cleaner did not do the job properly. I clean for a living and I know better than to leave a room unfinished like that.

The front desk was a bit on the rude end. He was on his phone and I just stood waiting until he was done playing his game on his phone or whatever he was doing. However, the cleaning staff was nice. She knocked on the door to leave a comment card, but since we had already checked in she just left. The floors are a bit sticky, and I think it's due to the solution they use. It's not that great to step on if you're a person to go barefoot. There were permanent stains on the shower curtain, which was a bit off putting. The water did turn hot fairly quick which was good. Oh, and the complementary coffee here is SUPERB. Overall, it was an OK experience. It's nothing to brag about, and the price was relatively low. We booked here because it was also pet friendly. I'd come again, probably.
