Motel 6 Stafford, VA - Quantico

Check-in was smooth and easy. Our room was smaller than we had hoped and unfortunately didn’t include a crib or pack-and-play for our infant son, which would have been helpful since we were traveling with three adults and two children. The property itself was quiet and comfortable. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. After we left, we realized that my son had accidentally left his phone behind. By the time we noticed, we were already miles away. I called the next morning and described the phone, and the manager immediately notified the owners. They went out of their way to locate it and arrange to ship it back to us. I was able to provide payment over the phone, and the phone is now on its way back. I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness and effort —

On going construction disturbances & filthy rooms. Stayed here for 1 night due to local work. The room was smelly, ceiling had water damage, dirty floors & filthy bed covers. On top of the dirt there was ongoing construction right outside my door causing dust, & debris to hit my door time & time again.

Extremely unprofessional management and terrible customer service. I had one of the worst experiences staying at Motel 6 Quantico. The manager was unprofessional and even made verbal threats. To make matters worse, the property owner’s wife acts like she runs the place, even though she isn’t the owner, and treats guests with complete disrespect. The whole management team seems to be on a power trip rather than caring about guests.The motel is poorly maintained — no housekeeping, no toilet paper or basic amenities provided. The pool, gym, and breakfast they advertise don’t exist or aren’t functioning. It’s false advertising, and the overall environment is unpleasant.I strongly recommend avoiding this location. There are far better, safer, and more honest places to stay nearby.

Well if you like late construction going on until 9pm then this is for you. You can call front desk and they have no idea when the construction is going to be done . You want towels you don't get those either. Oh you want to go swimming in the pool, nope sorry it's closed in August. So I talked to the owner and her was super cool and everything is good. shit happens and he made it right awesome dude
