Hampton Inn Stafford/Quantico & Conference Center

We highly recommend The Hampton Inn and Conference Center at Stafford. We have built a raport with Cynthia and Shazia and can count on everyone to remember us and greet us with a warm welcome everytime we stay. We recently received a very warm welcome from Jazmine. She greeted us with a smile, welcomed us and even had a extra blanket and towels ready for us. It means so much in world that is constantly fast paced and most retails stores have Staff that do not seem welcoming. Thank you so much for being so welcoming and kind. We appreciate you all. Hotel was extremely clean and well kept. Kudos to housekeeping for their attention to detail. The only thing I’d ask management to look at is the climate control in the hallways. It was extremely hot and humid. |The room was perfect, no issues. Veery nice and clean and clearly housekeeping takes pride in their work. Maybe provide a channel guide for the TV, the remote was really slow to scroll through channels and it was had to find local news channels. |Breakfast was just ok, nice seating area but if I could, I’d give the hotel 4.5 stars because it was just ok. |With that said, it’s a nice place, I’d definitely return again.

Ok so let me start out by saying the woman at the desk who helped us out deserves a raise... We've been traveling all day. Last time we stayed in Quantico, we stayed at the La Quinta, which we called to make sure the pool was swimmable. When we checked in and got to the pool it was ice cold and so was the spa. So this time we went to the hotel before we booked. When we got to the desk, the woman up front assured us the pool was ok and then offered to take us to it. She walked myself and our 3 kids (wife was unfortunately not here for this one) all the way to the pool, let us touch the water, then walked us all the way back, made sure we got the same rate as online, put us in a room right next to the pool that is certainly an upgrade from what we wanted, and made the kids feel right at h

The service from the staff was exceptional and the location was fairly accommodating for someone towing a trailer. But my final bill was $25 higher than my initial bill on my credit card, not sure why. The breakfast was amazing. The bed was good but it's clear someone had some fun & it wasn't cleaned between stays.
