Motel 6 Norwalk, CA

My room had some issues not gone lie while I was sleep the curtain fell down, they had to move me to another room, the vent in the bathroom didn’t work so the ceiling was covered with mold, the room itself wasn’t cleaned, the lady had to come and clean behind the person that had supposedly cleaned it but it was disgusting. She was even grossed by how nasty he left it, this was my second time staying there and both times I had issues with my room being cleaned.

Positive: Convenient to the location I was visiting. Negative: It did not look as if the room had been cleaned.

OK. So, the room and the attendants were really excellent. Room was very clean, and I slept like a baby. The attendants went out of their way to make me feel at home. The neighborhood is not great, but the Motel itself was very safe and quiet and the Denny's is awesome.

Love it here, definitely family oriented 🥰🥰🥰KID FRIENDLY,PET FRIENDLY...I AM BLACK WOMAN FROM TENNESSEE,IVE HAD SOME RACIST EXPERIENCE HERE IN LA AT HOTELS (BUT NOT HERE THEY ARE REALLY FRIENDLY TO EVERYONE).. FOR ME THAT IS A BIG PLUS DEFINITELY AFFORDABLE WITH A LOT OF STORES AROUND 🥰🥰🥰

Do not book here, my family and I needed a room for the night and as soon as we walked into the room. There were cockroaches scattering across the bedding, all over the restroom and bath tub. The attendant at the front office when I approached him, I told him about the roaches and he quickly just said “ok I refund you.” He knew about the situation, didn’t apologize, didn’t come take a look, as if it was just ok and on to the next person who will book and not say anything. We booked here because we knew motel 6 is a known motel and is usually nice. This was ridiculous, I do not recommend staying here. I regret booking here, horrible experience and I’m still waiting for my refund after 4 days.
