Motel 6 Norwalk, CA - Los Angeles

This is by far the worst hotel. I have ever stayed at from the start. The lady at the front desk is rude. Just like it said on the reviews, she asked me if I was expecting anyone even though I had my son right next to me and she told me I couldn't have visitors. Apparently, that's the kind of hotel that it is. You can tell that there's people that live in that hotel and some people get the good room. Because we had a person that went with us to the trip. And she had the nice room, which is probably the pictures they used for their profile, and they gave me a room. Nothing worked. It smelled like cigarettes by far the worst hotel in the worst one I've ever stayed at, even the employees said it was too much fee to pay for that room. Was afraid even too take a shower cause. It was so disgusti

The staff at this motel6 location was great. Very responsive and accommodating to your needs and they answer as quickly as possible. The room and bathroom was very clean the beds were very comfortable and the area was pretty quiet. There was an ice machine near by, vending machines and coffee. The TV selections were great and it was worth the money spent.

I was able to make a reservation for this hotel. The location was great for what i needed. However, when I got there, they were in the middle of a full-on renovation. I was not happy!!

I was very disappointed with the entire motel surroundings. First, thing I drove up to upon checking-in was a brutal fight in front of office (out of your control). Second, upon entering my Non-smoking room I was disgusted by the smell of smoke in the room. Before changing rooms, my daughter's were bit by fleas. I was shown two other rooms before moving into the third. All rooms had a terrible stench of smoke. Then the smell of "Pot" marijuana was around the corner from our room. The adjoining room next to us had noisy clients which kept us up past 1 a.m. with their foul language and loudness. I literally felt so unsafe for my daughters and myself. All three of us left with flea bites and minimal sleep. I had a long drive ahead of me and was concerned because of the lack of sleep.

It was excellent, i was able to relax, rest and most of all i had a place for my cat to stay. I was very happy and satisfied with my staying here in Motel 6 Los Angeles- Norwalk. My cat V was also happy. I have a suggestion it would be even more better more than perfect if they had micro-fridge in the rooms. At least in sum. But other than that its good.
