⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star — Paid for Two Rooms and Still Left Without Help||I booked and paid for a room through a major booking site at the Motel 6 Nacogdoches SFA lo cation. I received a confirmation code — but soon after, I got an email stating my room might not be available when I arrived, it was very late and I decided to book another hotel room that could guarantee my stay. The booking site confirmed the email came directly from Motel 6, yet the property called them liars.||Instead of taking responsibility or offering any solution, Motel 6 hid behind “plausible deniability.” Their response was simply, “I’m sorry, we can’t help you.” No refund, no assistance, not even a suggestion of how to fix the situation.||I ended up driving out of my way and paying for a second room at a different Motel 6 in

Not a great experience. We're going to put this motel on our do not stay list. Bare minimum comfort, no hot water and didn't feel safe.

We booked this hotel specifically because it advertised breakfast. Upon check-in we were told they were not providing breakfast. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean.

Our recent stay at Motel 6 was very disappointing. The first room we were given was nice, but the bathroom door was locked, so we had to be moved. Unfortunately, the “upgraded” room we received was far from an upgrade. The toilet handle was broken, the sink drain was completely detached, and the strong chemical fumes from housekeeping gave the entire hallway and our room a sharp, tangy smell that triggered my asthma. We also found a bug in the bathroom, which was extremely unsettling. To make things worse, the bedding caused both my boyfriend and me to itch — likely due to the strong detergents used. GOOD STAY FOR THE PRICE! And pet friendly! We've stayed here twice (mainly because we had our dog along) & no complaints. Rooms are new looking & clean. We saw a few bugs, but we were RIGHT next to back entrance. No coffee maker or blow dryer, but for the price it's a decent stay. We were next to the back entrance door, which banged LOUDLY every time someone came/left. We had to put a towel under door to muffle the sound some. Mattress was decent. Front desk gals were friendly & helpful.
