Motel 6 Mobile, AL – Airport Blvd

We had a wonderful stay at Motel 6! The staff has been beyond accommodating from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, professional, and truly went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s not often you experience customer service that genuinely makes you feel welcome, but that’s exactly how we felt here. The team’s kindness and willingness to help made all the difference during our stay. Thank you for such a positive experience — we truly appreciate it and would absolutely stay here again!

First off, I would like to say that the overall part of the hotel was great. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The location of the hotel is in a great spot. Very easy to get to all of the locations that we wanted to go for our vacation. Rooms are really nice. I would have given more Stars though if it wasn't for a couple of things. First thing that really needs to be worked on is the beds!! I've traveled all over the country and stayed in many hotels and by far the bed in this hotel was really bad. Not comfortable at all!! It's great that it was a king size bed but it was horrible to say the least. No comfort whatsoever!! Second thing is the smell in the hotel. I don't know exactly what type of cleaning agent that they are using, but it was so bad that my wife kept getting sick d

Positive: The staff at he motel are all very friendly. The motel was very close to the medical center we were visiting the next day. Negative: The hallway carpet needs updating.

It was a bed, shower and locked door. Missing parts of furniture and smoke detector. Not the cleanest. Paint on ceiling peeling. Some of the electric outlets not working. Careful if trying to charge anything. Pool shut for storage. And no breakfast offered though advertised on here. Overall a flop house if you just want a bed for the night and everywhere else is full.

Holes in door, paint all over walls, someone’s hair on the shower wall, towels that were still damp which had not been used by us, boxes and bags of beer cans in the hallway right outside the elevator for over 2 days, the best part is rolling over on the bed while sleeping thinking I was sweeting to wake up in yellow stained sheets which ended up being urine from someone else!!!!!! Removed the sheets to find out the mattress padding was stained yellow and the top sheet after sleeping in it with cigarette burns in the mattress padding! Even better MY 8 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER WAS SLEEPING IN THE BED WITH ME!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION!
