Motel 6 London, KY

For it being a motel 6 the room was definitely decent. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. No bugs or mold or anything. My only complaints are number 1 i stayed there 8 days and not once did anyone from housekeeping come by and number 2 on the morning of the day I was to check out the front desk called me SUPER EARLY in the morning just to ask me if I was checking out. That was definitely unnecessary to call that early and it also made me feel like they were rushing me to check out. For those reasons I don’t think I’ll be staying there again

Positive: It was a handy location for my needs Negative: The desk clerk for check in was borderline rude. There were unlisted deposits that a hold was put on my credit card for. When asking for assistance he was short, impatient and not helpful at all.

(Caution) It's a Motel 6 so I didn't expect much. It's not the cleanest of motels. The cat on premise had to be kept out of rooms and vehicle constantly. Our TV wasn't even hooked up, so I had to that. The remote didn't work for whatever reason. The furniture was old and very distressed. The fridge was nasty I wouldn't keep anything in it myself thankfully we had a cooler. Then on top of that, no receipt, no email, and one of our rooms was accused of smoking in and charged. Which 100% did not happen. Everyone that did smoke went outside, it's a covered area and warm out, why wouldn't they anyway. I called the property to discuss and also explain all the issues, which I did discuss with desk lady that morning we left. Which she decided to cuss and yell at , and continue to accuse me of fals

The lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. The room was dirty, hair in the sink and bathtub, and it had roaches. Do not recommend!

Was greeted at the front desk by an extremely rude man who seemed bothered that we were there. Then we checked into the room and the lights didn’t turn on. Asked the front desk for assistance and they asked if we plugged it in first. The lamp had no lightbulb. The AC didn’t work, wouldn’t go below 68 degrees and didn’t cool lower than 74. The toilet wobbled, the entertainment center was dry rotting and falling apart under the fridge. The fridge was covered in rust. The microwave didn’t work. Despite booking for a family of 4, they gave us 2 towels only. The housekeepers don’t keep towels in their carts, so I don’t know how/when they are replacing them. The towels were falling apart and stringy. Everything was stained and disgusting with splatters and handprints. We had to leave after the f
