Economy Inn

It's a very old and rundown motel. Looks just like it always has. Needs alot of repairs done to it.

Front Desk person was very nice and that was the first and last good thing. Carpeting was filthy, sheets with holes in them, no smoking rooms smelled of smoke with burn holes in the blankets. Even when door was locked you could open it unless you put the chain on. Only room for 10 people in the eating area with no room to move. Which was probably okay because a lot of the food was frozen and when the bagels thawed they were soggy and juices tasted like bad water. Can not believe this is a CHOICE Hotel

My friends stayed three weeks. The rooms were FILTHY. I helped them clean two rooms and we used their towels. One turned orange and one black then they had tbe nerve to complain to us about the towels. It was FILTH from the walls and floors. Black moldi n shower. They also kept my $50 air purifier and the phone/ usb plug I used for it. My friends said they came back to their drawers lokking likethey were gone through.. they rudely demanded to know who I was when I visited. I saw four roackes andmy friends have numerous bug bites. Funny how a camp site os 1000x better at a fraction of the cost.

So I call and ask for My best friend who is homeless and I was going to do a weekly pay for her. He says no breakfast lol, I already knew that. I asked him if they had bugs. He said not unless she brings them, and I asked if it was a safe area he said that's on her, and i asked if they had a pool, he said WHAT? WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU CALLED THE HILTON? WOW. so then he says the weekly rate is almost 500 dollars, and I told him I was from another state and didn't know anything about his motel, so no reason to be rude to me. I asked if they had a laundry on site, and he said ( DEAR GOD) And hung up on me. I wld have prayed with him.

I was surprised and quite pleased to find a low rate on a Friday night. Most would charge at *least* five extra bucks for a weekend rate. It was great! First off, the place was hard to tell from a hole in the wall. It took a little searching (that, after being on the road all day with little sleep, was a bit annoying) to find it. I didn't care, I've had excellent service at hotels that most would overlook for its outward appearance. Maybe they could make it more easily found to attract more business? Anyway, we arrived to no one behind the desk. It wasn't a problem until I rang the bell (several times) and no one answered for ten minutes, only for the desk clerk to drive up and answer us in a hurried voice. He was very polite and answered my problems well, and was succinct with his respo
