Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites London

My husband & I had a 1 night stay in June,2025. We were traveling with our daughter and grandsons (had 2 rooms). This is a really nice Fairfield Inn & Suites. The rooms are great. The bathroom was spacious and they are generous with clothing hooks (thanks!). The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was great and Housekeeping is definitely doing a great job. The breakfast area is large and well kept. The food was good (potatoes, scrambled eggs, spinach quiche and sausage links. There was a variety of cereal, fruit, and a good selection of packaged bakery items. My daughter was disappointed at the lack of a waffle maker. The attendant made sure the area was spotless, and everything refilled again as needed, I appreciate that they had a covered sitting area across from the entrance.

The room itself was acceptable, but several aspects of the stay did not meet expectations. I was told at check-in that housekeeping was provided daily; however, service was inconsistent, with up to four days passing without any housekeeping. When I requested service, I was told it might not be possible, and for trash removal I was instructed to leave it in the hallway, which felt below standard. Front desk availability was also inconsistent, as the desk was often unattended with no bell or signage. They didn’t have a trash can near the side door that I would park at either so just not a great set up for me when it comes to trash. I travel for work and just spent 3 months in a different hotel. I think for the amount of money they charge for a room the expectations are a little higher. The

Very clean, fresh & modern looking, pleasant........not stale smelling or in need of updating. The staff was very friendly & helpful. My room was clean & comfortable. Fresh smelling & no stains or damage to anything. The bed and pillows were nice & comfortable. The night was quiet and I was able to get a good nights sleep. Would stay at this location again! Right off of the highway with plenty of gas stations & restaurants close by.

I tried this place because the Hampton inn across the road is having construction and the pool is not opened. So I booked at Fairfield thinking it would be good. I booked a king room but ended up needing a double queen but they would not switch me for any reason. They gave me a roll away bed with an inch mattress. But the room was so small there wasn't much room. I paid $150 for one night and only stayed about 2 hours and checked out and went across the street to the Hampton. I didnt even ask for a refund because if they couldn't switch my room there was no way that was going to happen. There is NO WAY I WOULD EVER STAY THERE AGAIN. No way!

Nice, clean room and bathroom. Pool was pretty warm which was great. Standard breakfast but it was good and I appreciated the oat milk!
