Motel 6 Kingsland, GA - Kings Bay Naval Interstate 95

This is the best hotel to stay. We are the construction group and me and my teams are very satisfied with the hotel. It’s better than super 8 for sure! The manager BK and all other staffs are very helpful and their customer service are excellent. The comfort of beds are nice enough to get better sleep at night after tired from the work. The hotel is located off 95 exit which is good. And all other major restaurants are on walking distance which is plus side of this hotel. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back again. We love this Motel 6!

I was tricked from the beginning to do the review before I checked in. But who wouldn't want to save a $50 deposit just to give a good review. FIRST RED FLAG!!! Checked in on a Thursday to wake up around 1 a.m. to discover roaches running around on the floor. I could not move fast enuf with my shoe to kill them. To make matters worse, there were more in the bathroom around my toothbrush & other personal things. DISGUSTED! I kept complaining. I was told by the wife that dogs pee in the rooms & that's what brings the roaches. What!!!! So I. Was moved to another room. A lil better. But my brother had to change out thee refrigerator. SMH...... So the cable, heat, & air were not working. He came to reconnect the cable, but still no heat & air. It's Saturday now & we've been at this hotel since

We checked in at 3:00pm and the clerk had no personality at all. This gentleman had no business interacting with general public. We checked in went to our room and there was a hole in the bathroom wall ..... Best of all the CEILING in the BATHROOM was all MOLD (health concern). Went to the front desk and complained and he shrugged his shoulders .... could care less. We left to eat and take a ride. Upon arriving back to our room, my wife found a bug in the bed! At that time there was a lady on duty and I explained the situation to her ... she immediately gave us another room. This room was in good shape except the TV did not work. After looking at it someone had disconnected the cable TV (they must have been trying to steal it). My wife was able to reach under and behind the TV to reconn

I agree with many of the positive reviews mentioned above. Very clean rooms probably due to no carpets in the room and no smoking policy. So much nicer than all of the other 6 motels we looked at in this same area. The small (6-7 Dollar per day for dog/pet clean up is very reasonable. Every other hotel/motel wanted to charge $35 pet fee. Highly recommend staying here.
