Motel 6 Hermiston, OR - Umatilla

Been staying for 3 weeks while working at the data center 5 minutes away. Rooms are clean, AC works good and is quiet, shower is hot and pressure is good. No fancy extras but just what you need. Check-in is always quick and they offer deals if your a repeat customer.

Positive: The bed and pillows were comfortable and it was economical. I felt safe. Negative: I had to clean the floor to keep my feet from getting filthy, and the washcloths the first night were threadbare.

When I called they said $77 but charged us $87 when we got there, then stole $35 off of our card for no reason. Definitely dont stay here.

The room was a bit dirty, with soap scum in the bathtub, dust buildup on the shelves and light fixtures. Service was pleasant and it was easy to find

They won’t give me a full refund. We did NOT stay here because of the sheer filth. We saw the room and walked out. It was god awful. Bugs everywhere, dirty bed, filthy light fixtures, rusty bathroom, window didn’t lock and they knew about it. They had a small stick in the window to keep it from opening which I could easily overpower and I’m a small female. I absolutely did not feel safe here at all. I have stayed in some crappy motels but this one takes the cake. The front desk wouldn’t do anything to help me either. The woman happily left because her shift ended and didn’t even try to help us. The stairs up to our room were falling apart, the supports for the second story balcony were crumbling and rusting away, we did not feel safe here whatsoever. We ended up just giving our keycards ba
