Best Western Hermiston Inn

To start me experience the staff were friendly and super helpful. They even had fresh baked cookies at the front desk. The rooms are big and have a new huge TV in them. Beds are pretty comfy too They serve breakfast at 530 am so us blue collar workers can actually grap something and still make it to work by 6am. This is a huge win 🏆 Also there is a Dennys next door and the offer a free drink and discount if you eat there. I was staying somewhere else for a few weeks and wish I had stayed here the whole time.

I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had our dog and the hotel had plenty of room to walk the dog on grass and clean up bags. Nice little gazebo and BBQ available, exercise room. I do miss coffee pots in the rooms, but it appears all the hotels are eliminating those. Only real criticism are the thin towels they provide.

Overall it's a great place to stay, good staff, comfortable. My family of 5 were traveling from Seattle towards Utah and decided to stay the night here. The room was clean and neat but the only problem was the uncomfortable odor as soon as we entered the room. Free breakfast was a plus here, the touchless pancake machine was icing on the cake. I was looking forward to jumping in the pool at the night we arrived but unfortunately it was closed for some reason. But it doesn't matter because I slept good and ate good, what else do you want from a hotel?

Rooms decor is dated. There is nothing scenic to look at. I drove past a minor homeless encampment to get to the hotel. The parking shared with Denny's was packed with white full size contractor trucks. The breakfast made it worth it. Keep it up with the breakfast please.

Clean rooms, good breakfast... They clean your room daily and the staff are all very kind. Dennys is next door if you want food at 2am. Its not in town, more on the outskirts but it is a quick 5 minute ride into town. No Elevator so make sure to book 1st floor if unable to use stairs!
