Customer Reviews
Staff was very friendly. Room was quiet and peaceful. There is nice grassy area where you can walk your dog. It’s a very easy and quick check in process. If you need anything, just ask the friendly staff. They are more than helpful. This was my second stay within a month or so and had a great experience with my dog both times.
Nikki is amazing. Her welcoming warm personality. The staff are all amazing and friendly. Every morning the head of households would knock on the door and ask if we needed anything. Amazing warm friendly people. Truly felt welcomed
The best priced motel in all of Gulf Shores during peak season! We arrived early (around 11:30am), asked to check in early, and Jay at Front Desk was able to accommodate! I love these old style motels where I can park right in front of our door! We didn't get one of the newly bright colored rooms, but it seems they are working on it. The 2nd floor room doors have fresh paint. Our bottom floor room in the back was still clean, spacious, comfy bed, great water pressure (lots of hot water). It had a nice sized dorm room fridge with a little freezer compartment, perfect to refreeze our ice packs overnight. The property was quiet, heard no noises at all from either neighbor, but could hear the people above us walking around. It's about an 8 minute drive to the eastern side of Gulf Shore's prist
Positive: The price was good and the location was convenient. The front Anders clerk was friendly and thorough Negative: The rooms were a little beat up albeit clean. The walls were ridiculously thin. We heard everything, all night.
Even for a Motel 6, this location was shocking. This is Foley, Alabama—typically a pleasant and welcoming area—and I have never been treated so poorly at a hotel. There was no staff present other than a red-haired woman at the front desk and another employee. I was told by an employee named Jay that I had 10 minutes to vacate the room, despite the fact that I was dealing with a personal crisis. At most hotels, basic human decency allows for some flexibility. Not here. When I calmly raised this concern, I was threatened with the police and told that if I did not immediately leave the property, they would call the Foley Police Department. The response was hostile, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional. This location is understaffed, poorly managed, and its employees lack basic custom
