The Beach Club Resort & Spa

Beautiful sunsets, intentional service, pools, and even loads of seashells! All for two kids until 3! Yes! Affordable, seclusive, exclusive, and all included fun for our family! I could write a novel. I love the Beach Club. I think we’ve found our new annual tradition to the Gulf Shores area for our beach vacations. The Beach Club has a superbly easy access to the beach (elevator down and walk to the deck to the beach all in 60 seconds). The water is crisp. The seashells are dotted just enough for little toddlers to collect them into a frame for your home souvenir, and a special members only pool access with all sorts of goodies to keep your kids having a blast all the day long. We were close enough to the Beach Club to have our kids take naps during the mid-morning/mid-afternoon time

RATS!!! Luxury price, RATS included! To detail our experience, upon arrival we inspected the grill because we had plans to grill out over the holiday weekend. A rat jumped out of the grill and scampered over the wall into the neighboring cottage’s landscaping. This ruined our plans for grilling and we incurred greater expense by having to eat out. I opened a service request to have the grill cleaned, at minimum for the next guests. No one responded to this. Did the grill get cleaned? Who knows? I am thankful that we saw the rat and didn’t cook with rat feces on the grill! The following night, my kids were swimming in the pool when they saw something moving on the pool deck under the table. My husband turned on the light to examine and a rat jumped into the pool with my 8 year old daughter!

Just got back home from 4 great days in Bristol tower. Been there twice in the last 2 years and at least 10 times more in the previous years. Everything was great, always has been. Well maintained and away from the crowds. Very relaxing with fantastic sunrise and sunset views. Full kitchens with everything you need to bring in groceries and cook meals. Will definitely be returning for another great vacation!

We enjoyed the property. However, I had a spa appointment and I found it very odd that young children were running through the locker rooms and hot tub area. Then we went outside to find more children littered in the hot tub, must have been at least 10 of them in there. Not a parent in sight for hours. The children pretty much run this place. I tried to get assistance from a cleaning lady in the locker room and she told me "no hablo ingles". Then I heard her speaking English later to another employee. If you don`t speak English in customer service, you should probably not be working there. How can management let these things go on at a somewhat upscale resort?

Room was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The buildings and grounds were well maintained daily. Had zero issues with anything whatsoever! Will gladly stay again. Personally loved the fact that the beach "hustle & bustle" didn't exist at this spa and resort.
