Luxury RV Resort

We stayed here for 3 nights during the Mardi Gras break. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful at check in. Our site was spacious and clean, and the neighbors were very nice as well. The park has approximately 70+ sites with a picnic table and good parking. The pool is nice, there are walking trails that go to the State Park. Coffee, ice cream shops, and many restaurants are in walking distance. Wal-Mart and Rouse's are just a few blocks away. The Hangout is just a few blocks away as well as public beach access. We will definitely visit here again!

Nice stay. Look at map. Place is a few blocks from the beautiful beach. Quiet: i imagine more kids over summer. we are almost done with our two week stay and enjoyed it very much. they have an air conditioned and clean laundry facility. very very quiet. No fire pits: you have to bring your own gas one if you like. there is very little shade in most spots and yep! it’s sandy. you are at the beach folks! one thing was odd : they have cable boxes for you but you have to put a 200 deposit down and they were odd about it/kinda discouraged it. their wifi is slow: so u need another source for streaming. All in all we thought it was nice and would not hesitate to stay again. this was not a luxury resort. but it was perfect for us.

Recently stayed here. Location was great for us. Staff friendly. An area to note, the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the laundry machines are in desperate need of attention. In asking other rv'ers around if this is the normal standard they said not usually however they also agreed that it seems the bathrooms and laundry are not getting regularly cleaned and at this point need a deep cleaning. The bathrooms and the laundry machines get used often and it is sad that people don't clean up after themselves but they don't so these areas will need to be cared for regularly by owner/staff. I felt it was important to mention this because Luxury RV is not the cheapest place to stay in Gulf Shores so the amenities are part of what justifies the cost. The park, shower, and laundry facilities are well-maintained. Laundry services require quarters, with a wash cycle costing $2.00 for 30 minutes and drying for 60 minutes. The location is excellent, offering a pleasant 15-minute walk or bike ride to the beach. Paid parking is available near the beach, estimated at $12.00 or $15.00 for the entire day. Free beach parking is conveniently located one short block from the Pink Pony restaurant. Many restaurants are within walking distance. Gulf State Park is also easily accessible for a bike ride. While the state park is a nice campground with a lot of amenities, it is not as centrally located. The staff members are exceptionally friendly at Luxury RV. Also, it's more adult-oriented, which I prefer. There's no playground, but there is a dog park.

This location is truly exceptional. It offers a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the beach, with numerous restaurants conveniently located along the way. Paid parking is available next to the beach, and complimentary parking spaces can be found just one short block from the Pink Pony restaurant on 1st Street. The park appears to be geared towards adults, which we appreciated, as there is no playground. However, there is a small dog park and a non-heated pool. The grounds are meticulously maintained, and the showers, baths, and laundry rooms are very clean.
