Motel 6 Frackville, PA

I’ve stayed at this Motel 6 around 10 times. It’s a motel 6. It’s about value and pet friendly. Last time I stayed we had no hot water. Reported it to the front desk. No one came to fix it. No biggy. Things happen. This time the television didn’t work. Reported it and was told by the front desk that they knew nothing about it and as she walked out of the room said I’ll have to call someone. No one ever showed up. I won’t be staying there again.

Sheets were clean and they left the light on and price was good but those are the only nice things I can say about our stay. Non smoking room smelled of smoke and had cigarette burns and stains on comforter, chair/ottoman. Room door to outside/parking lot was coming off the hinge and hard to open/close/lock. Dusty towel cubby in bathroom. Shower walls looked dirty. Ceiling tiles in bathroom weren’t in place and some had black water stains on them. Noisy air conditioner turned on and off all night. Could hear people walking around in room above and hear their toilet every time they flushed. Talked to desk clerk about the condition of the room and was told nothing was wrong with it and all rooms were the same when asked if we wanted another room. No one was at the office to check out and

Absolutely horrible front desk service. We came at 430pm to check in. Check in is at 3pm. We were told they had no rooms ready. We were told we had to wait an hour for a room. We could not wait that long. So the lady at the desk got very rude with us and said she was just going to cancel us without giving us any other option. As we were walking out the door she continued yelling at us. I will never go to a motel 6 again. There was also a group of homeless people sitting in the parking lot which made us feel unsafe to stay there at all. This was the worst service at a hotel we have ever stayed at. Never again.

Positive: nothing - this was the worst hotel ever. Negative: This was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. It was late when I got back and didn't have any other choice. There were burn holes in the sheets and the sheets were dirty filthy. The towels were stained and I couldn't leave fast enough.

I love this hotel. I use them whenever I'm in town,the rooms are nice and clean and the staff is always friendly and the owners are very pleasant and very helpful. Thanks for always a pleasant stay guys.
