Holiday Inn Express & Suites Frackville by IHG

We recently stayed one night at this location and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is tucked in behind a Cracker Barrel so relieved that stress of what’s for dinner after a long ride. As for the hotel extremely clean , beds comfortable ,good breakfast lots of options and all the staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

We stayed 3 days 2 nights and I cannot say anything negative about this place! First impression is how clean the hotel is and that is def something you want to see right away. They have a great little “snack shop & supply” area too. The staff was VERY nice. Every one we came across was super friendly. We stayed in a king standard room and it was very very clean. Like spotless and the Dove brand toiletries were the icing on the cake👌🏼there was also an available washer and dryer which came in handy. Nothing negative in this review. Very easy to get to and surrounded by stores close by. We will 100% be staying there again. Thank you! Oh and one more thing, breakfast was AMAZING!! Great selection of food

Without a doubt this hotel is the best HIE I have ever stayed at in the chain. The staff was welcoming & friendly. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable that more than what you are expecting, travelers like me always happy to happy and welcome face staff when you are home away from home. Cudos to the management and staff to keep the environment alive.

I recently stayed at this hotel for work. The staff seemed so nice and the room was very clean! However, during my stay things changed. They seemed annoyed that my boyfriend brought his ADA certified service dog and even asked to see her certification because they flat out questioned if we were lying or not. Not only is that type of discrimination against the law, but asking for verification for a service animal is illegal. They complained that my family was with me even though they never left the room other than to take a walk with my boyfriend and his service dog. Mind you, the service dog was kept on a leash and with him at all times! After I checked out, I received a copy of my bill with the charges for my stay there. Everything looked normal. I was set to return to the hotel for work

This is a well-cleaned hotel - The room was immaculate and the hallways, main lobby, etc. were vacuumed and had a fresh smell. The rooms were a nice size and the breakfast was good - especially the coffee! The chocolate cookies coming out of the oven upon our arrival were really a great extra touch and perfect timing! The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly! I would give this hotel a 5 if it was easier to find(can be confusing). If you have young children, be advised it does not have a pool. It is perfect for families with older children and couples. Our only wish was that it was closer to the places that we were visiting. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!
