Motel 6 Elko, NV

I stayed here for about 2 months. It caters to the working person and so at times, it gets lively. Fun times! The front desk girl, jot, is wonderful to deal with. She truly cares about the people who are here and the property. She is willing to do what she needs to upon request and within reason . Would stay here again. -edited-

Stayed here on the 24th and 25th of January 2024. They charged us $100 deposit. We went into the room and it smelt like stale old cigarettes. There is a no smoking policy at this Motel. The bed sheet was stained with blood. And the mattress cover was stained with what appeared to be urine and fecal stains. The mattress cover smelled very bad, like body fluids. And we had to argue for quite some time to get the bedding changed since it was not to sanitary standards to sleep on. This room is an ADA room. They absorbed our deposit because they claimed we stained a hand towel. The hand towel was used to dry our freshly washed hands. None of the towels were stained that we left behind.

Just returned from an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the experience was outstanding. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering fantastic advice on local restaurants and attractions. My room was comfortable and perfectly suited for my workday needs. I was in town to help my daughter out and planned on heading home the same day. Turned out to be a longer day than I expected, and I decided to get a room. The staff are so nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. They charge a deposit for incidentals, and that was promptly returned to me and was back in my account a couple of days later. I would recommend Elko Motel 6. It is affordable and clean.
