Motel 6 Denison, TX

Great room for the price. Small rooms but designed very efficient. Better than you would expect for a budget hotel. Clean rooms, easy to get to, fast check in. Beds were very comfy. Bare necessities in the bathroom, but for a late night stop over, extremely satisfied.

Positive: Easy to book. Negative: The room smelled horrible. AC was obnoxiously loud as well as noise outside room. Several rat droppings on floor.

Takes pets! This is your typical budget hotel. Needs updated but kept clean. The back door is unlocked because the key card thing is broken. Water is hot and shower spray strong. Lots of movie channels. A nearby hotel wanted to charge $100 non refundable for my dog so I came here. No extra charge for my dog. This is awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very great budget hotel. The location was nice in that there are restaurants within walking distance, but it was a little scuzzy looking on the outside. However, the rooms on the inside were clean and the staff were very friendly. They set up a little coffee bar on the front desk each morning, and there are ice machines on every floor. The biggest downside was just that the doors are quite thin so you can easily hear through them.

I've stayed here twice so far and both times have been great. The property is well kept and the staff were all kind and friendly including the housekeepers. I love being able to travel with my 2 small dogs and was very happy to have them during my stay here. I Would and probably will stay again .
