The only positive aspect of this property is its location. However, I am uncertain whether the renovations will be sufficient to improve the overall quality, unless comprehensive updates are made throughout the hotel. The dining experience was disappointing, with options such as stale cereal, hard muffins, overcooked eggs, and lukewarm water from the hot water dispenser. The rooms appear to be in a state of disrepair, resembling a less maintained motel. I have stayed in more comfortable accommodations at a lower price point. Additionally, there was mold present in the bathroom. On a positive note, the front desk staff member who checked us in at 11 pm and out at 11 am was courteous and professional. It appears that staff may not be receiving appropriate compensation, likely due to cost-cut

I had the best time. It's not the newest hotel but it's really nice for the age of it. The employees are what sold me on it. They are amazing. Tamara at the front was so kind. Everyone was great. the room was clean the beds were like so comfortable .. I could have slept all day... They are great thanks

5 stars for service and accommodations made by staff and employees. The hotel will be renovated in the next couple weeks so there are current issues that will be addressed with the renovations. My experience with the staff was phenomenal, they were all friendly and tried very hard to make me comfortable. I would definitely stay again

I expected the ongoing construction to be the biggest issue at Lake Texoma Inn — turns out, it’s not even close. The real problem here is the management. Rude, unprofessional, and completely unfit to run a hospitality business. Every question or concern is met with attitude or flat-out disregard. It’s clear they don’t care about the guests or the quality of the experience. The rooms are outdated, cleanliness is questionable, and any attempt to get assistance is like pulling teeth. Avoid this place if you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay — unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience. Won’t be coming back and don’t recommend it to anyone.

I would like to thank the entire staff and management at Lake Texoma Inn and Suites / Holiday Inn. Kimberly ( the manager ) Anita, Wendy , and one other staff member whose name I can’t remember went above and beyond in their duties . My family was greeted and welcomed in with the customer service and support that is lacking these days . Cant wait until renovations are complete because I know how great my family will be treated by this wonderful staff. Thanks again guys
