Positive: Absolutely nothing Negative: It was dirty. Felt unsafe. Lights were broken in the bathroom and the staff knew that and seemed bothered when I said I needed working lights in the bathroom. The tv was broken. The room was bad!! Sketchy people were sitting in The stairwell at night.

People urinating in stair well , public hair all over the bathroom. No trash trash cans out side. By far the worst motel I've been at and I travel for work. Stay here at your own risk . And remember management isn't there most of the time

It’s was horrible service!!! When I made reservations on November 22nd online description and pictures promoted by the budget Inn were completely deceptive; suggestive of a place that was far from the actual reality of the premises when I arrived. There was no housekeeping service , e.g., No towels, no vacuuming or picking up trash on the daily basis Peeling and cracking of paint on the ceiling Furniture with paint peeling and in a very dilapidated condition. Telephone not functioning and unable to call office or making any outgoing calls Ice machine, broken no vending machines on site No hangers and closet. The rooms were great and the beds were super comfortable. The place is quiet and the staff is super friendly and incredibly helpful. I would be remiss if I didn't give Kimberly and Tiffany a shout out. Those ladies are amazing!!!! Don't pass this place by!!!!!

The hotel was amazing! My wife and I had been driving the whole day prior and wanted to finally get some rest, I got on and read the reviews of this place and was scared but I can assure you the room I stayed in (200) was clean, there were no unwanted guests (we checked) and it was just exactly what we needed for a very cheap price! The owner was kind. I read some other reviews about how he is hard to understand and that is true but the man means well a just because there is sometimes a communication barrier doesn’t mean we should judge or get frustrated. All in all you pay for what you get but for what you’ll pay here you get a whole lot more! Thank you owner for the opportunity to get a good night sleep.
