Motel 6 Cleveland, TX

The Mexican lady at the front desk was very rude about having a visitor in the room and forced me to take my kids outside in the cold to visit with their family!!! Very rude and non friendly workers! The guy they fired was actually nice!! They need him bacc !

The only downfalls I found was no icemachine and I only found 1 electric outlet beside bed that I can use. So phone and CPAP machine beside bed and fan in bathroom. Other than that the lady that checked us in was amazing. I believe it is Veronica. She was so nice and smiling. She made my check in very easy. Room was clean. No bugs on bed or around on floor.

Rooms are fairly clean. Needs to be updated was given a smoking room and it was strong but we were to tired to go and ask for another room. Parking is good but some roo.s are away from rooms. Pool was clean grounds were kept. Bring your necessities they only. give you a little bar if soap.

(2/8/25 8:25pm) Tonight while attempting to assist a friend with check-in, one of the front desk employees by the name Jaime, was very rude and aggressive. Jaime came out to the parking lot while we were trying to get online check-in situated and asked us if we had a reservation and was told that we were working on it then proceeded to tell us we needed to hurry up because she has things to do in a very unfriendly tone. As we are entering the lobby, Jaime tells my friend that because I’m not staying with her (not on the reservation) That I don’t need to be in the building. Keep in mind I was barely through the front lobby doors when Jaime was being so disrespectful towards me. I asked Jaime if she was having a bad day and she replied that she was, I told her it’s not an excuse to be disres
