Peaceful and quiet. No problems with thieves or worrying about your children playing outside. The manager upfront helps keep a eye out for us with any unknown vehicles and outside cameras at the park so we feel safe
The people that run this place have been wonderful to my mother in moving her out there. They even had to file for 911 address so she can get a land line. The pictures of this place are so appealing. Can't wait for May so I can go out there.
The new maintenance man is vary rude he invades privacy he bullys dogs ect. The owner is vary rude as well and i mean vary!! Oh and did I mention to watch out for bullets and if you live here or stay here for a short. Of time compared to be woken up at 6:30 in the morning buy loud gunfire and the gunfire goes on constantly all day that is all you hear is gunfire this place is vary bad!!!!
I have friends that live out there. We were just there for a birthday party. It looked pretty clean and nice.
Been here since May love the owner, pleasant place to park my fifth wheel. Glad we chose this park for my 17 year old.
