Motel 6 Clarion, PA

The room was clean and secure. The front desk guy was awesome and really nice. I did not report my issues because he wouldn't have been able to fix them. The toilet leaked and in a hot tub room the water was lukewarm at best. Close to many stores and overall not a bad motel for the price.

My wife and I went to our college homecoming, tried to stay at motel 6 studio, I had a reservation. I checked in, keys did not work for the room, went back to the front desk, gave me a different room, went in, moldy mildew smell, dirty..... I went back to front desk, explained issue and sid I was not staying and wanted a refund, he went and got the mgr. he refused refund and said I had to contact corporate, I did, the mgr of property offered me $23, I refused. I am still trying to get resolved. A couple of my friends stayed there, they said it stunk, dirty and the beds were horrible. We found another hotel up the road that had a room. We would sleep in the car before staying at that S...Hole.

My husband and I stayed here two nights, and it was awful!!!! After traveling all day, we wanted to get to our room, take showers, and wind down. We couldn’t do that. There was no hot water in our bathroom, which meant cold showers or no showers. My husband said he almost screamed when the cold water hit him. The room smelled funky, and nothing was stocked. The last few sheets of toilet paper were on the roll from whoever had our room before us, there were no Kleenex boxes anywhere, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and springy. When we tried to sleep, everything and everyone around us were loud. Someone was yelling, “I’m scared” on the phone in the hallway just outside our door, and the heater in our room made a terrible cranking sound every time it turned on, which woke us up eve

I stayed at Motel 6 and while the price was very affordable, the overall condition of the room definitely needs improvement. The room felt outdated and in need of upgrades. The bed sheets and towels weren’t exactly dirty, but they had visible stains, which made the stay less comfortable. There was also a noticeable humidity/musty smell in the room. The shower had a broken valve, and surprisingly there was no trash can provided. To be fair, the price was very cheap, so expectations weren’t high — you get what you pay for. It works if you just need a low-cost place to sleep for the night, but management should focus more on cleanliness, maintenance, and refreshing the rooms. With some basic upgrades and better cleaning standards, this place could improve a lot.
