We throughly enjoy staying here! The rooms are always very well kept, clean and comfortable! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I’d rather stay here than most places that are closer to places I go when visiting. A little out of way from Houston, Galveston or surrounding cities, yet a wonderful place to stay!!
Positive: The king size bed was comfortable.. Negative: No wash clothes in the towel selection. No complimentary shampoo, conditioner or hand lotion. No coffee pot available in the room. No landline available for phoning the front desk. The receptionist was poorly trained for customer service.
I'm rating it a 5 because they are pet friendly clean rooms, comfortable beds,microwave n mini fridge and price very affordable
Cheap stay before the cruise port in Galveston. Very clean. Not high class but clean.
The fridge didn't cool properly and then we saw roaches. And the last straw was the toilet would not flush properly. It barely flushed at all. They took all day to fix it. Wish we had stayed somewhere else.
