Palm RV Park Campground & Cabin Rental

I lived in one of the cabins here for nearly 6 months, I loved it here! Very peaceful & quiet, it’s easy to forget that you have neighbors. New washers & dryers in the laundry room, lots of grass if you have dogs, fully gated, safe community, and constant communication from the owners. No complaints 😊💕

BAD EXPERINCE NOT RECOMMANDED I HATE LIVING HERE

The air bnb cabin #1 I stayed in was amazing ,the host Kat was always very responsive . Kats cabin was completely furnished with everything a person could need . The grounds were very quiet , clean and well kept .

At first the owner was nice to let someone work on our axel. But an incorrectly set up 50 amp stub blew both our fridges and our microwave. They are ruined. Our camper is a 2021. He refused to admit the problem with the stub. He became verbally aggressive and defensive. The site had no laundry or amenities, but was expensive. he offered no restitution for the damage. Extremely loud road noise, loud party one night

On Jan 3rd, the park owner, Dean Alaniz, hired me to diagnose one of his trailers. When finished he was not there to pay me but said to add it to the next bill. On Jan 21st, I was called back to work on trailer #1, another of his trailer. After diagnosis, I explained in detail what was needed and I was given permission to but the parts and install them. I noticed Dean watching out his office window and he came out, after i finished, angry and his face all red. He repeatedly stated that they "They" could of fixed it themselves. He was so angry I left and mailed him my bill... Now, he refuses to pay me for my parts and services, $315. Be very careful when doing any work or repairs for him he might not pay you.
